Conductive Corrugated boxes and crates

These Conductive Corrugated sheets made of PP can be formed into many different storage options such as crates, bins, trays, tote boxes and carriers. Partitions also can be made to suit different product profiles. We maintain large stocks of the sheets and can deliver very quickly for any customer requirement.

 

Static Shielding bags

The 3 layer construction consisting of conductive metallized polyester sandwiched between 2 layers of antistatic polyethylene provides static shielding property to the bags and hence are currently the most preferred variety of ESD safe bags. The bags are made as per our standard sizes in our Technical datasheet or can be customised as per the requirements of packaging necessary. Zippers can also be included in the bags for easy sealing and opening.

Static Shielding cushioned bag

These bags consist of a layer of static shielding film and antistatic cushioned bag which would provide very sound protection from both static fields and jerks during transportation to sensitive electronic assemblies.

Floor Marking Tape:

Self-adhesive floor tape designed to visibly mark the borders of your EPA. It provides strong adhesion and easy removal with minimal residues in case of area transfer. The lettering is protected from abrasion. International ESD symbol included. Yellow background, dimensions: 50mm x 33m

 

Conductive Grid Tape

• Useful for closing ESD Safe bags and ESD safe cartons.

• Is low charging during separation of tape from the roll.

• Permanent properties.

• Available in standard size of 1", 2", 3" and 4" rolls of 36m length tape.

• Custom sizes of rolls can also be provided.

Antistatic Bag and Zipper bags

Low static generating pink polyethylene bags for packing and transporting ESD safe components and devices in-house or to customers can be made in sizes as per requirement. Standard sizes also available as per our Technical datasheet. The bags can also be made with zippers for easy sealing of the bag. Alternatively the bags can be closed using conductive grid tape.

Antistatic cushioned bags with air bubbles are also available to safeguard the stored components or devices from jerks during transport.
